Below you will find the updated information packet for Season 15!

Step 2- Complete the registration forms/team contract below to lock in your pricing! Remember tuition goes up $10 per month on April 8th. 

Step 3- We will contact you to confirm your down payment amount, any credits on your account and run your payment. 

Step 4- Come to the tryout clinics in May!

DOWN PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL POLICIES

Financial Policies

Your down payment is what reserves your spot on the team and locks in you monthly tuition for the season. The earlier your down payment is paid, the lower you monthly tuition will be. Your down payment will be put towards your yearly assessment fees.

tuition rate to be locked.

(Assessment fees are the TOTAL yearly fees for cheer. Assessment fees include: Registration fee, Competition fees, Summer Camp, Practice Wear etc. This is the total assessment fees due AFTER the $200.00 down payment. Full breakdown of assessment fees are in cheer packet along with assessment options).

Parental Consent, Medical Authorization and Liability Release

The athlete listed above has my permission to participate in the Dynamite Cheer program and or camp for the 2022/2023 year. In consideration for the training and coaching provided by Dynamite Cheer and its staff, I understand that my son/daughter must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the coaches and staff. I understand that violations of any of these rules may results in removal from the classes and or events. We acknowledge and recognize that hazards are present in any athletic event and that injury may result. Dynamite Cheer coaches, staff and volunteers will not be liable for injury that occurs during cheerleading practice, contests, or travel to and from cheerleading activities. I authorize Dynamite Cheer and its representatives to consent to medical treatment for my child when I cannot be reached to so consent. I am fully aware that any activity involving motion, height or athletic activities create the possibility of serious injury, paralysis or even death. I further agree to hold Dynamite Cheer and its staff harmless for any injury or resulting expense(s). I release and discharge all rights and claims against Dynamite Cheer, and it’s parties. Dynamite Cheer strives to provide the maximum in safety procedures and guidelines, and cannot assume responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur.

Financial Policies

Tuition is due on the 25th for the upcoming month.
Tuition is auto drafted through Jackrabbit, our class management software, on the 25th of each month.
In addition to tuition, I will pay assessments based on my selected plan. Assessments are ran on the 25th of each month.
I understand that a late fee of $35 will be assessed on the 1st of each month. Excessive tardiness in payments will be ground for my child not competing and possible dismissal from the program.
I understand that my uniform is a separate cost and is due no later than Aug 1st.
I also understand and agree that as a parent signing this contract; I am solely responsible for the tuition, travel expenses, uniform and assessments as outlined in this packet.
I understand that all assessments are NON REFUNDABLE.
I understand and agree to allow Dynamite Cheer to charge my card and or bank check card (with a major credit card symbol) that I have provided below in the case I do not get my payments in on the designated due dates. Dynamite Cheer will allow a 15 day grace period after the due date before charging my card.

(ADDITIONAL FEES ARE FEES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDEDIN ASSESSMETN FEES. THESE FEES ARE FEES THAT NOT EVERYONE NEEDS TO PAY EACH YEAR, THEREFORE, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ASSESSMENT FEES. THESE ITEMS ARE ITMES YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY "OUT OF POCKET".)

  • UNIFORMS WILL BE BOUGHT OUT OF POCKET (ONLY FOR NEW CHEERLEADERS, WE GET NEW UNIFORMS EVERY 3 YEARS.)

  • MAKE UP (ONLY FOR NEW CHEERLEADERS, ONLY NEEDS TO BE PURCHASED ONE TIME)

  • PARENT ATTIRE (NOT MANDATORY, FUN EXTRAS TO HAVE)

  • MONTHLY PRO SHOP ITEMS SUCH AS (BACKPACK, SHOE CASE, ETC. NOT MANDATORY, FUN EXTRAS TO HAVE)

  • WARMUPS (NOT MANDATORY, FUN EXTRAS TO HAVE)

  • USASF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE (PARENT HAS TO CREATE THEIR CHILDS ACCOUNT)

  • TRAVEL & HOTEL (BESIDES NATIONALS, HOTELS ARE NOT MANDATORY. MANY FAMILIES CHOOSE TO GO UP THE NIGHT BEFORE A COMP.)

  • ALL CHEERLEADER ARE REQUIRED TO BE TO ALL COMPETITONS AND PERFORMANES

  • NO NAILS AT PRACTICE OR AT COMPETITIONS

  • FUNDRAISER MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE! IF YOU CHOOSE TO QUIT AT ANY POINT DURING THE SEASON, FUNDRAISER MONEY WILL STAY IN THE GYM AND GO TOWARDS TEAM CREDIT

  • COMPETITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! IF YOU CHOOSE TO QUIT AT ANY POINT DURING THE SEASON, COMPETITON FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THEY WILL STAY WITH THE TEAM SO THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE TEAM DOES NOT HAVE TO COME UP WITH MORE MONEY FOR COMPETITIONS

  • ANY EXTRA FUNDRAISER MONEY AT THE END OF THE YEAR WILL NEED TO BE USED AT THE GYM. YOU CAN USE THE MONEY FOR (EXTRA CLASSES, PRO SHOP, OPEN GYM, SNACK SHACK)
